7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return/exchange request at infoanirvya@gmail.com with order number and photos.
Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags/box included.
Used/worn items, custom-sized bracelets, items damaged due to misuse.
Clearance/“Final Sale” items (if labelled).
Energized/ritual products once used.
If you received a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
We’ll book a reverse pickup where available. If your pincode is non-serviceable, please ship to our warehouse ([RETURN ADDRESS]); reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed against receipts.
After quality check, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. COD refunds are processed to a bank/UPI provided by you.
Shipping/COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
One-time size/style exchange is possible within the eligibility window, subject to stock availability.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, please follow the return process.
